The Happily Ever After Agency (or HEA for short) is an agency that helps bring happy endings to all fairy tales. They are similar to the CIA, or the FBI.

At the film's climax, Nicky appears at the snack bar, telling Red, Granny, Wolf, and Twitchy to come at work for him to be undercover agents and they all agree.

The HEA is seen when Red returns and she and Wolf are ordered to team up by Nicky Flippers. It is later seen when Red reports the Dark Castle Towers to Nicky Flippers. But it's attacked by some of Hansel and Gretel's hench pigs. The workers weren't ready for an attack and since their forces were too weak, the Agency was destroyed; some members were captured and Nicky managed to survive, though he had a wounded arm.
After the movie, the HEA was possibly repaired.
